1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Screener Society Terminal (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform.
• Using any robot, spider, or other automated process to access the Platform for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Platform (scraping).
• Introducing any viruses, trojan horses, or other malicious code.
• Reselling or redistributing market data provided through the Platform.

4. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data provided on the Platform (including stock prices, volumes, and financial metrics) is obtained from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, or completeness of any market data.

Data may be delayed as specified by financial exchanges or our data providers. We shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in the data or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Platform at the time of purchase.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified).
• Refunds: Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or tiers at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Screener Society Terminal, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SCREENER SOCIETY TERMINAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
